By accessing this website or purchasing any service, programme, workshop, mentoring package, or online course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

The TeenAider provides coaching, mentoring, educational support, wellbeing programmes, workshops, online courses, and resources for parents, children, teenagers, and students.

All services are subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at our discretion.

3. Bookings and Payments

Payment must be made in full before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are displayed in Euro (€) and may be amended without notice.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients should provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to reschedule an appointment.

Missed appointments or cancellations made with insufficient notice may not be eligible for a refund.

The TeenAider reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Once coaching sessions have taken place or digital course content has been accessed, refunds may not be available except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, worksheets, resources, videos, downloads, and course materials, remains the property of The TeenAider unless otherwise stated.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.

7. Website Use

Users agree not to:
