The TeenAider provides coaching, mentoring, educational support, wellbeing guidance, and personal development services for parents, children, teenagers, and students.
Not Medical or Mental Health Advice
The services provided by The TeenAider are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for:
- Medical advice
- Psychological treatment
- Psychiatric care
- Counselling
- Psychotherapy
- Crisis intervention
Clients should seek appropriate professional support from qualified healthcare or mental health professionals where required.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
While every effort is made to support clients in achieving their goals, individual outcomes vary.
The TeenAider does not guarantee:
- Academic results
- Examination performance
- Behavioural changes
- Personal development outcomes
- Specific wellbeing outcomes
Success depends on many factors outside our control, including individual effort and circumstances.
Parental Responsibility
Parents and guardians remain responsible for decisions regarding the care, welfare, education, and wellbeing of their children.
The TeenAider's services are intended to complement, not replace, parental responsibility and professional advice.
Emergency Situations
The TeenAider does not provide emergency support services.
If a child, teenager, or adult is at risk of harm or experiencing a mental health crisis, contact emergency services, a GP, a mental health professional, or the appropriate support services immediately.
Safeguarding
The TeenAider is committed to safeguarding children and young people.
Confidentiality may be limited where concerns arise regarding:
- Child protection
- Risk of harm
- Abuse or neglect
- Legal obligations to report safeguarding concerns
Where appropriate, information may be shared with relevant authorities in accordance with Irish safeguarding requirements.

By participating in coaching, mentoring, workshops, courses, or related services, clients acknowledge and accept this disclaimer.
